Chavez Capital was founded with a simple belief: real estate investors deserve financing partners who understand the business from the inside out.

Founded by Jorge Chavez, a real estate investor and entrepreneur, Chavez Capital was built in response to firsthand experience navigating slow approvals, rigid underwriting, and poor communication within traditional lending. Jorge recognized a significant lack of access, resources, and opportunity for real estate investors—particularly within the Hispanic community.

Originally from Mexico, Jorge came to the United States at the age of 17 to pursue his education. He went on to study communications and economics and later earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration. His academic background, combined with real-world investing experience, shaped the foundation of Chavez Capital.
